Two new team members have joined the EHI Secretariat as Junior Policy Advisors: Marine de Cornulier and Matthieu Duc.
Marine (marine.decornulierehi.eu) comes from France and is a graduate in Economics. After she obtained a Franco-German Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Rennes 1 and the University of Augsburg, she enrolled in the Master’s Programme “Economics & Public Policy” at the University of Augsburg and specialized in environmental policies. Prior to joining EHI, she gained work experience in the renewable energy field in Bavaria and completed a traineeship at the European Commission within the Directorate General for Energy. Aside from her native French language, Marine is fluent in English and in German.
At EHI Marine will be responsible to support particularly on files related to Ecodesign and Energy Labelling as well as heat pumps activities.
Matthieu (matthieu.ducehi.eu) was born in France and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, where he specialized in politics and public policy. He worked previously at the Representation of the French National Assembly to the EU and at the European Commission, where he was a trainee in the unit of the Secretary-General. A native French speaker, Matthieu is also fluent in English and has a good level of German.
Matthieu will be responsible for supporting on several EU policies in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energies as well as on the decarbonization of gas and hydrogen policy files (including the Clean Hydrogen Alliance).
